What we process

Only the data you send us voluntarily in a quote request: company name, contact person, phone or email, delivery area and order details. The request list is stored only in your browser (localStorage) until you send it.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer your request and prepare the offer and delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract), and for legal accounting obligations if you become a client.

Recipients

Requests sent via WhatsApp or email pass through those providers. If direct sending from the site is enabled, the email is delivered through our email provider. We never sell or rent data.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which use no cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

Retention

Requests without an order are kept for at most 12 months. Order documents are kept as required by accounting law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to taikimirai11@yahoo.com. You may complain to the Romanian authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
